Return Window:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (along with tags/invoice).

3.Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the sacred and personal nature of devotional items (such as opened pooja items, used/worn Tulsi Malas, or customized products), certain items cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or defective condition

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video at our support channel so we can resolve it immediately.

4. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within a specified number of business days.
